Kina uses a fully secured e-commerce transit process with the highest industry standards for financial transactions and data storage. 128bit SSL encryption is standard in transmitting all online orders.
Kina uses 'cookies' (small files stored on your PC) to retain your order as you travel from page to page. This file does not contain any information about you - it simply contains the contents of your shopping cart. If you find that your shopping cart is not compiling items then check this 'cookie' browser setting is switched on to accept them. The cookies are cleared when you checkout and will expire after 24 hours if you have not checked out before then.

You can either shop online using your credit card. Alternatively, you can get in contact with us via phone, fax or letter and pay by cheque or internet banking.

To buy a piece with your credit card you may use either MasterCard, or Visa. Kina accepts cheques made payable to: 'Kina NZ Design & Art Space Ltd' and sent to: 101 Devon Street West, New Plymouth New Zealand. Once cheques are cleared, goods will be sent.
All Prices are in NZ Dollars and include GST.
1. Click on the photo of the product you wish to purchase.
2. Click "ADD TO CART".
You will then proceed to the shopping cart.
3. On this page you will see your order as it stands. You may then either click "Continue" to proceed to Check Out. To continue shopping simply click "Go Back" to return to the previous page.
If at any stage you wish to delete items from your cart, click on "Change Order" then select the individual items you wish to remove and press the delete key.
4. Once you have checked out, fill in the appropriate fields to process a secure transaction to Kina.
Once these fields have been completed your order will be sent directly to Kina and we will contact you by email to confirm your order and shipping address.
Shipping Information where applicable will be sent within 24 hours of order confirmation.
You have completed the transaction.

You may also order by phone, fax or letter. This will enable you to purchase pieces with your credit card, by cheque or bank money order. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Cheques and money orders should be made payable to 'Kina NZ Design & Art Space Ltd'.
Your personal information is kept private. Your name and address is never shared with anyone else. Credit card details taken over the phone are forwarded directly to the bank and not kept by Kina.
1. Click on the photo of the product you wish to purchase.
2. Gather the relevant information, product name and code.
3. Telephone, fax, write or email us with that information, and also include your own contact and delivery address details.
We will then confirm your order and give you final prices [including packaging, postage and insurance if required, plus arrange a suitable delivery time.
You can then make payment by telephone or posting a cheque. We recommend telephone payment with your credit card as the safest and fastest option.
Once we have received payment we will send you your order along with a receipt of payment or a confirmation email.

Our products can be gift wrapped and include a gift message from you, just indicate if you would like the product to be wrapped along with your message in the “To be shipped to” box near the bottom of the second page in the shopping cart.

A Kina gift voucher (found in "other" section) can be sent directly to anyone, anywhere with a personalised message from you.
Simply select the amount you would like to send and click on the “add to cart button” you will be able to add your personal message after you add the voucher to your shopping cart.
